Shipping policy

At Koun Trust, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. 

1. Processing & Production: All orders are sent to our manufacturer for printing within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–5 business days.
2. Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to your destination. US/UK delivery usually takes about 3–7 business days. International delivery takes about 10–20 business days.
3. Customs and Duties: Koun Trust is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
