Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Changed your mind? Picked the wrong size? It happens. We've kept the process simple and hassle-free.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange your order within 15 days of delivery.

Just make sure the product is:

- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- With all tags intact

Refunds

Once we receive your return and it clears our quality check, we'll process your refund within 48–72 hours.

- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, we'll send you a secure payout link to collect your bank account or UPI details.

Heads-up: During sale periods or viral moments (yes, we dream about those), refunds may take a little longer to reflect.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order anytime before it's dispatched.

If your order is already on its way, simply refuse the delivery. Once it reaches our warehouse, we'll automatically process the cancellation and refund.

Received Something Wrong?

If you've received a wrong, defective, damaged, or incomplete order, please raise a request through our return portal within 48 hours of delivery.

We'll make it right.

A Few Fair Rules

- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless we've made a mistake.
- Returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing tags may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
