Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Because each item at Koun Trust is custom-printed just for you, orders go through two phases:
1. Production: Crafting your item takes 2–5 business days.
2. Shipping: Delivery takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location. 

Q: Can I exchange or return my item if it doesn't fit?
A: Because our products are custom-made to order, we cannot offer standard exchanges if you choose the wrong size. Please carefully consult our Size Charts on the product pages before ordering! However, if your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will send you a replacement free of charge immediately.

Q: Where is my tracking number?
A: As soon as your item leaves the printing facility, an automated email with your tracking link will be sent straight to your inbox.
